Omg omg omg!! I am so excited to share these GORGEOUS images from a recent session I photographed this year! This beautiful couple came to me from Charlotte, NC. They had recently eloped and I was sooo hype to capture their love story here at the beach!

James found me back in 2022 when I first launched my Adventure Sessions for unapologetic lovers! When he found me, he hadn’t met the love of his life just yet. Fast-forward a few years, and he had found and married the love of his life, Kristen!! When James and Kristen eloped; they decided they wanted their imagery to be here at Wrightsville Beach and with me! Ahhh what an honor!! I learned this during their outfit change and it seriously made my entire day (and honestly my entire year!!) that he remembered me years later and wanted this experience with his love Kristen!

We began with a casual and stylish look, inspired by the color palette I designed specifically for them. I created this palette using their responses to the questionnaire I send to all my couples, which includes questions about the colors in their home and their overall style preferences. I want my clients to be able to hang their imagery and to feel like it looks PERFECT on their walls! (:

We had a quick outfit change into their formal elopement look, and then we headed to the Marsh-side. I love getting to photograph florals and this bouquet was SO gorgeous!! Shout out to the amazing Verzaal’s Florist located in downtown Wilmington! James and Kristen popped some champagne, danced a little, and then we made our way back to the beach to end their session with the most beautiful Wrightsville Beach sunset!!
